The Town of Terry is looking for Full time and Part time Public Works employees as well as a Public Works Director. Application for Employment (DOC)

Our offices will be closed Monday, January 20th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr day.

New office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed from noon to 1:00 p.m. for lunch, Monday through Friday. 

Town of Terry City Hall will be closed for Christmas on December 24th & 25th in observance of Christmas and will resume regular hours for remainder of week. Starting in January 2025, our office hours will be Monday - Friday,  8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Notice of special municipal election of the Town of Terry, Mississippi to fill the vacancy of the office of aldermen. TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, the Town of Terry, Mississippi will hold a Special Municipal Election for the Office of the Aldermen for the Town to fill the remainder of the term expiring on June 30, 2025. The election will be held for all qualified electors of the Town from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Terry City Hall located at 315 Cunningham Street, Terry, MS 39170. Candidates must be a resident of the Town for at least two (2) years from the date of the election and may qualify by petition filed with the Town Clerk at 315 Cunningham Street, Terry, MS 39170 by 5:00 p.m.…
